(More customer reviews)The product works.... sort of. It is a royal pain to put it in the car. There are straps, as described, however, they are difficult to get tight enough. I was literally inside the trunk and couldn't get it to work the way that I expected! There is a flaw in the product - It needs another strap, from the top center- to connect to the central strap mechanism. Because of the lack of this strap the center sags down. We even pulled the seats down and "tucked" the cover up the sides of the seat. The cover is a pain, difficult to install, but with the car seats in place- they kinda keep the cover in place. Also, the bottom... when you use the 'latch' system it makes the slit in the cover so large that I don't know exactly how protective the cover will actually be. But what are you going to do? This was the only economical choice that I have found to be available, and I looked via the net for hours. So......... 3 stars, it works - kind of.

(More customer reviews)We liked this car seat bag when we bought it but it does not hold up well against rough handling. We only got two round trip flights out of it before it was destroyed beyond repair. It got a small tear in it on the flight out and we couldn't get any type of tape to stick to the fabric for a repair. By the time we got home from the return flight the tear had ripped *wide* open, and our car seat was damaged as a result.

(More customer reviews)The bottom of these seat back protectors stay fastened with velcro sticky things. Well, the tape on the stickers are not sticky enough. I drive a bmw with plastic seat backs and they do not stick to the plastic at all leaving the bottom portion of this item useless and unsecured. I would definitely not repurchase! I threw both of them out (I thought maybe just one of them was bad, but both sets of sticky's were simply not sticky enough!)

(More customer reviews)I like the design and convenience of this diaper changing pad, but after 1 month, the seam on the front pocket began unraveling leaving a hole in the front pocket. I contacted Skip Hop for a replacement. Customer service did not reply for 1 month. They arranged for me to return the product before I could receive a replacement. It is now 3 months later and I still have not received a replacement after contacting them numerous times.
I also have a Skip Hop diaper bag which I've recently noticed has a defective buckle. It comes unlatched while I'm carrying it and the bag falls to the ground. Since their customer service is so poor, I've just switched to using another bag rather than to deal w/ another return.
